The house can accommodate up to eight people distributed as follows:

- 2 in the room with a double bed

- 4 in the room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed 1 1/2 places

- 2 in the living room with a sofa bed 1 1/2 squares

The common use spaces are thelarge living room and the bathroom.

The house also has two balcon ies , one overlooking the quiet Via Vito La Mantia and another balcony overlooking a large green area of banana and citrus trees in the popular district.

Through the use of the accommodation you can have the right to participate in experience events organized by the host in another vacation home.

Casa Cactus is located in the Zisa district, one of Palermo's oldest neighborhoods that has preserved that its characteristics of commercial establishments still run by Palermitans where you can
find food delicacies, restaurants of high quality in the choice and preparation of food and stores of all kinds (clothing, jewelry stores, household products, etc...).

An important feature is that the apartment located in Via Vito La Mantia is equidistant from the 4 most important monuments of Palermo: 600 mt from the Teatro Massimo, 800mt from the Cathedral, 1200
mt from the Politeama, 500 mt from the Zisa, in short the true center of Palermo away from the afollatissime streets where until late at night there are often annoying noises.
